Many times it is told, and one finds it hard to believe, that if you do a course for pizza maker then you find work, or create work for yourself. Well this is possible, very possible. In this story there is one of our trainees who took a pizza maker course in Paris and this allowed him to open a pizzeria. A pizzeria with forty seats and an excellent level of pizza.
Behind this success there is certainly the commitment of our trainee and the skill of our teacher.
