So it was for one of our Neapolitan trainees. He followed the course for pizza maker in Italy with one of our teachers. He learned the job of being a pizza maker well and then went to London. Well there, certainly the work didn't fall on him but he had to roll up his sleeves and propose himself in several places, in several pizzerias up to the one where he still works with excellent results. That's all? Absolutely not, because he continued his professional career, in fact today he has become Master for PizzaItalianAcademy, today it is he who holds the training courses for other student pizza makers with great success.
