I HAVE ALWAYS WORKED IN THE FOOD SECTOR. I TOOK MY FIRST STEPS LIKE MANY, WORKING AS A WAITER, ASSISTANT COOK, FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER, BOTH IN RESTAURANTS AND PIZZERIAS. BUT IT IS PRECISELY IN THE PIZZERIA THAT THE SPARK OF MY PASSION FLIGHTS, AND IT IS PRECISELY IN THE PIZZERIAS THAT I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE ART OF PIZZA ALREADY AT THE AGE OF 18. SINCE THEN I HAVE CULTIVATED MY PASSION, WORKING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, UNTIL IN 1997 I MANAGED TO OPEN MY FIRST PIZZERIA AND OVER THE YEARS I OPENED 4 OTHER SALE POINTS. TODAY, GIVEN THE EXPERIENCE GAINED, I DECIDE TO DEDICATE MYSELF TO TEACHING, FOR A NEW GENERATION OF PASSIONATE PIZZA MAKERS. MANY, WHO LIKE ME BELIEVE IN DREAMS, HARD WORK AND THE SEARCH FOR THE GOOD IN EVERYTHING THEY DO.
