Instructor course program
COURSE ORGANIZATION:

- Participants can arrive from any part of Italy and from abroad.
- Each participant must already work in a pizzeria
- Each participant will become an instructor for Pizzaitalianacademy and will be able to play
the courses for our Academy in its pizzeria,
releasing our ISO9001 certified diplomas according to our Know How.
- Each member will be provided with our operating manual.

What it means to be an instructor and how to teach
PRACTICE
The technical test will focus on two mixtures:
Direct dough
Homogeneous indirect mixture (Biga)
How to make a Neapolitan pizza
At the end of the course the following will be released:
- ISO9001 certified Italian pizza master diploma
- ISO9001 certified Italian pizza chef diploma
- certificate of registration in the Register of pizza chefs of the Italian Pizza Academy
- polo shirt, T-shirt-hat-apron
- inclusion on the website www.pizzaitalianacademy.it
