1) Everyone competes with their own dough and ingredients
2) The jury votes without knowing who made the pizza only after the vote the pizza maker will be presented to the jury
3) Each competitor will have 10 minutes to prepare the pizza
4) You compete only with the competition shirt that will give the organization
5) The vote will be given according to these 3 parameters: taste, cooking and presentation
each parameter will have a grade from 1 to 10, so each competitor must present the pizza with a good competition presentation
6) The jury is made up of pizza chefs from Pizzaitalianacademy and operators in the pizza sector
7) The competition is reserved for a maximum of 10 participants
8) You compete on a wood oven
9) All participants must stay until the end
10) If one of the participants arrives on the podium among the top 3 but will not be present at the time of the award ceremony, he will be disqualified and his prize will be awarded to the competitor who has a score immediately after his
