We look forward to seeing you at the new edition of the international pizza competition "The Masters of Pizza" which this year will be held in the splendid Piazza del Duomo in Syracuse. Look at the regulation below and sign up! Registration starts 9:30 am. 1) The jury is made up of professional pizza makers and operators in the sector 2) The jury votes for each pizza without knowing the name of the pizza maker, only after the vote will the pizza maker be presented to the jury. 3) Each pizza maker competitor competes without showing sponsors but only with the t-shirt and cap that we will supply 4) Each competitor brings their own ingredients and dough 5) The competitors must present themselves in the morning at the Caffè del Duomo to complete the registration and collect the race number 6) Each competitor has 15 minutes to prepare the pizza and present it to the jury 7) The competition takes place on an electric oven made available by the Caffè del Duomo
