If you are a professional pizza maker, don't miss an important opportunity to show yourself internationally in London, one of the most important world capitals. The championship is reserved for a maximum of 30 pizza makers, competing on a wood-burning oven, the only round pizza specialty. The jury is made up of master pizza makers and industry professionals who initially vote without knowing who made the pizza, only after the vote will the pizza maker be presented.
